30+ years ago we started building our own businesses.
At the same time, we were managing in banking and finance — reviewing business loans, sitting on credit committees, watching businesses succeed and fail from the lender’s side.
Two worlds, running in parallel. For over 30 years.
And through all of it — not once did someone sit across from us and say: “Here’s what you’re missing. Here’s what you should do differently. Here’s what this decision will cost you in three years.” We figured it out the hard way.

We still run our own businesses today. The lessons we learned are still with us.
